My Grandma and Grandad have been married for 52 years, and a few years ago on holiday they played ‘Mr & Mrs’.
They did so badly that the host gave them five euros to go and get to know each other better.
This got me wondering, how long does it really take for couples to become comfortable and open up about each other?
New research, by Measure, showed that couples should get to the ‘comfortable phase’ with their partners after 11 months and 24 days- specific, I know.
Apparently after this time, you should be able to go to the toilet in front of each other, talk about ex-partners and be happy to have conversations together while naked.
Pillow Talk’s Lucy Bedford, and boyfriend of three years, Elliot, had a go at the game themselves.
